PRICES

1. Prices are FOB Yogyakarta in US dollars
2. Prices will be updated as frequently as required related to overall actual costs
3. Please contact us for current rate if you wish to make payment in Indonesian Rupiah or other currencies
4. Rupiah is available for retail only

PRODUCTION TIME

• Our production normally will take 3 to 4 weeks after the deposit is cleared in our bank account
• Longer production time may occur for special design or large quantities
• We will notify you for any shorter or longer production time span
• Our production capacity is 300kg/month 

PAYMENT METHOD

1. By T/T. Please contact us for our bank details
2. 50% deposit is required upon the order
3. The balance to be paid in advance at the notification of the order, completion immediately prior delivery
4. The production will be processed immediately after deposit is received
5. Please email or fax to us your receipt of payment so we can trace your payment to our bank 
   

WHOLESALE POLICY

• Special price is available for wholesale customer for minimum order of 1 kg 
• The more you order the more discount received
• We ship in 1 to 4 weeks depending on the stock and size of your order
• The lead tome does not include shipping time from Yogjakarta
• Important documentation will be provided by HS Silver such as Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, etc

QUALITY OF SILVER

Our products are made from silver 925. Every product goes through tight quality control prior to shipment and meets International Standard ISO 9000, 9001 and 2000 TUV CERT

TAXES

Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. HS SIlver is not responsible for duties or taxes by customer's local government

RETURN POLICY

We are not able to receive returns but we will fix and service all jewelry that has problem on delivery for free. The customer responsible for any shipment costs

CANCEL AND ORDER AND REFUND

• When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible
• After packaging, we will send you by email the balance and shipping costs to pay. Starting from the day we request the second and final payment, all orders not paid within 3 weeks will be automatically canceled without any refunds possible
